In order to serve you better, we have outlined out payment policy and options below.

Payment Requirements
Payment is expected when services are rendered.
In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

Payment Options
We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express), Check and Cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Unexpected Costs
Financing is Available through CareCredit or ScratchPay.
When unexpected illness or injury befalls your pet, unexpected expenses soon follow. Animal and Bird Medical Center of Palm Harbor understands this and is willing to work with you to make special arrangements through the CareCredit Program or ScratchPay.
It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payments into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we will call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or you may apply online at: www.CareCredit.com or ScratchPay.com.
